Weiss Open Reel Steel Measuring Tape

This open reel measuring tape combines the advantages of a closed reel measuring tape with those of a frame measuring tape. The riveted, open metal construction is very robust and ensures the tape is torsion-resistant and has a unique appearance. At the same time, dirt particles and moisture can be easily removed. This helps to prevent the build up of rust and offers abrasive protection, ultimately prolonging the life span of the measuring tape. The measuring tape offers further advantages due to its small dimensions and precise tape guide. The reel comes complete with a foldable crank. The metal axle of the the crank allows for almost effortless work, as it ensures ease of movement when rolling in and out. The tape is equipped with measuring starting point BH, with the beginning of the scale positioned on the inner edge of the fold-out hook. The hook ensures measuring is simple and easy, even without someone there to help.

The measuring tape is made from white lacquered steel and is 13 mm wide. Steel measuring tapes are marked at a tension of 50 N and are particularly popular in the construction sector.
